I cant frickin accept how cheerful our customers are with us - The Chief Happiness Officer Blog After each keynote or workshop we do, we ask our?clients to rate?our work.?Specifically we ask them On a scale from 1-10 how likely would you say you are to prescribe us to other people? What's more, I genuinely cant accept how great our appraisals are. This is a diagram of?the last 100 gigs appraisals from our customers: Indeed, out of the last 100 gigs, 80 of them?have given us a straight 10. Our most minimal rating is a 8. Our normal rating is 9,7. Our NPS score (on the off chance that you like that sort of thing) is 90.
